Plausible code can create more work for the team
I've been building software professionally for more than twenty years. Keeping complexity under control has always been a battle, especially once you have more than five or ten people on a team. Having people who are aligned in their software tastes helps a lot.
With people who know what they're doing and an agreed approach to building with agents, it's much easier to build good things than it used to be. These tools can amplify those skills.
But getting this wrong has a different cost now. Someone can generate a huge amount of plausible code that distracts the people who have to review it, consumes their time, and makes them jaded.
